A: The CCAR must be received at Colorado Health Networks no more than 5 days after the initial evaluation. Timely submission of the CCAR is required to ensure proper payment of your claim. Q: Am I required to use the IVR (Interactive Voice Response)? A: Yes, for all outpatient services except sex offender treatment. We request that you use the IVR unless you are having problems getting your authorization for outpatient care. The IVR is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. If you have tried to use the IVR and experienced difficulties, call the customer service representative during business hours. Q: What form do I fill out when all authorized sessions have been used?
