8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (MST), Monday through Friday. They are responsible
for:
- Verification of Medicaid Eligibility
- Verification of client's registration
- Claims inquiries
- Written inquiries
- Benefit explanations
- Prevention, Education, and Outreach referral information
- Provider relations/education
- Patient referral
