The Colorado Health Networks program for credentialing and recredentialing providers is designed to comply with the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) standards for the credentialing of behavioral health providers.

Providers are required to undergo recredentialing every three years in accordance with NCQA standards. This process begins approximately six months prior to the expiration of the three-year cycle. Your cooperation and prompt response to credentialing information requests is appreciated.

You should contact the Network Credentialing Department regarding the following:

• Address changes
• Changes regarding your Pay-to Information
• Change of status
